We're used to the way chemical drain cleaners work. Pour it down the drain and wait for the solvents to take effect. Using the natural process of enzymes to break down organic matter may take slightly longer. Earthworm^® Family-Safe Drain Cleaner needs time to liquefy grease, fats and other organic waste. Since it will not dissolve non-organic material, the remaining debris must be flushed away with running water (as it is no longer held in place by the organic compounds).

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Shake well before using, settling of natural ingredients is normal.

FOR SLOW DRAINS: Pour 6-8 ounces down your drain 3-5 nights in a row when you are done using the drain for the evening. This will allow Earthworm^® to work when the drain is inactive (while you sleep). Then use 3-5 ounces three times a week.

REGULAR MAINTENANCE FOR DRAINS: Pour 6-8 oz. of Earthworm^® directly into drain. Using Earthworm^® twice weekly keeps your drains free of clogs and smelling fresh.

GARBAGE DISPOSALS: Pour 4-8 oz. of Earthworm^® directly into disposal. Using Earthworm^® 2-3 times per week keeps your disposals clean, clear and smelling fresh.
